Report on clients messages

This window allows a user to generate a Report on, on line clients messages.

How do you generate a report on clients with online access? To generate a report on clients messages, go to Clients/Customer Web Portal/Report on clients messages, and a screen like one below appears.

Select the client type that you want to view a report on clients messages e.g "Individual" and the report will display.
For now only individual clients can be added to have on line access functionality under Clients/Customer web portal/Manage online access and therefore have reports.
The report indicates the last time the client logged in online.
The report indicates the messages sent by on line clients and the responses they received. See the image below

Click Close button to exit the report.
